Converts an `Ocens` object to a data frame so that subsetting will preserve all needed attributes

Usage

# S3 method for class 'Ocens'
as.data.frame(x, row.names = NULL, optional = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

x: an `Ocens` object
row.names: optional vector of row names
optional: set to `TRUE` if needed
...: ignored

Value

data frame containing a 2-column integer matrix with attributes
