Shorthand Function for Accessing diffobj Options

gdo(x) is equivalent to getOption(sprintf("diffobj.%s", x)), falling back to diffobj's internal default value if the option is not set.

gdo(x)

character(1L) name off diffobj option to retrieve, without the “diffobj.” prefix
