Backport of suppressWarnings and suppressMessages for R < 4.0.0

Backport for new argument `classes`. See the original description in base::suppressWarnings/base::suppressMessages.

Usage

suppressWarnings(expr, classes = "warning")

suppressMessages(expr, classes = "message")

Examples
